Cash:
- The cashier enters the amount of cash received from the customer into the POS system. The system calculates and displays the change to be given back.
- Upon processing a cash payment, the cash drawer opens, allowing the cashier to store the cash and dispense the change.
Card:
- In card Payment, same as cash payment but card involves here. After card payment done in Card Swipe machine, the Sales will be completed with card payment type.
- The POS system is integrated with a card reader. Customers can swipe, insert, or tap their card to make a payment.Upon processing a card payment, the cash drawer opens
Credit:
- Credit payment type is nothing but Pay later option. Customer will buy the products with credit and it will be paid by later.
- For businesses that extend credit to regular customers, the POS system can track purchases and balances, allowing customers to buy now and pay later.Upon processing a card payment, the cash drawer opens
Complement:
- During special promotions, customers may receive complementary credits that can be applied to their purchases.
- Upon processing a card payment, the cash drawer opens
Cash/card:
- Customers can pay using a combination of methods (e.g., part cash, part card). The POS system supports splitting the total amount across different payment types.
- Upon processing a Cash and card payment, the cash drawer opens
Cash Return:
- Process even exchanges where the customer returns an item and selects another item of the same value.
- If the new item is of higher value, the customer can pay the difference using any available payment method.Upon processing a card payment, the cash drawer opens
Card Return:
